about

"Om Namah Shivay" is one of the most powerful mantras from the ancient path of Sanatan Dharma (or Hindu dharma.)

“Na-Ma Shi-Va-Ya” are called panchaksharas or five syllables. – Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Space - corresponding to the five main centers in the human system. The Mantra leads the mind to silence, where one can access Shiva: consciousness, strength, stillness.

A mantra that purifies our system and helps bring meditativeness.

"Om Namah Shivay," known as the “Maha Mantra” is a very powerful arrangement of sounds which forms an integral part of an earnest practitioner's sadhana and a devotee of the greatest Shiva.

You can use if for Mantra Listening (108 times, 15 minutes) or for chanting along. The best time to do this practice is before sunrise.
